hey ppl! jst got a new shortboard for the summer and its a little dull and looks abit old :lol:

so i want to put sum colour on it and jst woundering do i have to use any sort of special paint for it? any info about it wud help cheers

I would recomend not. Might screw up the surface for wax and it could chip and stuff.

Scrape the wax off.

Wipe it down with wax remover.

Dry it. Some people recommend some light sanding at this point.

Now use regular spray paint... Should be sweet.

You can buy special markers designed for surfboards

wel i hav sprayed a little at the bottom and it seems alrite and aint chipped of yet
