it really depends on how good you are...i am 17, and baout the same height/weight as you and i ride a 6'3 board...i use to ride a 6'1. the size really comes down to what you feel comfortable riding..

personally i have never used an epoxy board (except a crappy NSP i rented once). I do know that Saloman S core boards use epoxy, so im sure they do not restrict movement/whatever, and are just as maneouverable as traditional boards.

I have a Channel Island/ Al Meriick 6'4" epoxy, and wow!
They float much better so it is like being on a 6'8 or 6'10, but they perform so well!
Downsides are they are otns more expensive, and they don't have the flexability of a fibreglass., IE. coming for a steep drop on an epoxy you can feel every bump and it stays ridgid, whereas a fibreglass board would give you more coushun (SP?)
Good Luck!
