shortboard help!

hey, ive ridden a 7ft3 minimal for over 2 years now and im getting bored of it, ive also tried out 6ft8 boards and found them easy and i would like more of a challenge, could anyone tell what size board i should go for ? (im 5ft3 average size 14-year-old)

hey hmmm wel have u ever tried a pop out? liks nsp or bic? best way to give yourself a challenge is to try new tricks and turns n stuff or jst make up a new trick up if ur really up to a challenge :D

if your ok on a 6-8 thruster then why not get one of those? or if your usually surfing smaller crappy waves go a bit shorter than that and get fish with plenty of volume in it.

From your age I gather your are still growing. 6'3 X 18.5 X 2.3 rounded pin. Why?
1) 6'3 is a nice all rounder size and you will keep it for a while(I gather your folks are buying your boards)
2)UK waves are a bit weak and it will be a while before you start to charge the gower reefs so the 18.5 width will cover 90 percent of the days you go surfing.
3) rounded pin, is you probably have small feet still this will help you to angle the board more when turning.
