Looking for spots around Perth. anyone got any intel. preferably reef breaks or something consistent. not as far as margys

Yanchep can get good, north of the city and not too far.
Further south and you have Secret Harbour.
Some great breaks on Rottnest, only 30 mins from Freemantle and jump on the bus when you get there.

Rottnest looks scary for sharks lol..

Honestly, Rottnest’s waves are awesome, but the shark thing? No thanks, I’d be too sketched out. Margaret River’s always worth the drive if you’re up for it, such reliable waves.

found some spots those ways.. man theyre not bad at all.. I realised you gotta surf reefs or rocks around here because the beachies are straight handers of just fast barrels.. no good for my fat ass lol..
