Board buying help!

hey ive seen a board for a bargain, its a 6"3 x 18 3/8 x 2 3/16 shortboard and i need help deciding whether to buy it. Im 5"9-10 athletic and 150 pounds, this will be my second board as i already have a soft top which ive knackered. Im a beginner/intermediate, starting to cut back along waves, should i buy it?

For your ability, same length, wider and thicker.
The size is not the problem, if you had a couple of years under you it would be a good size for someone 150lbs, but if you are going down from a foamie then you need a transition board in between.
