Surfing Waves

I like both the Firewire Dominator and Alternator. I'd get a 5'8 dominator and either a 6'0 or 6'2 alternator. I live in Huntington Beach, so it gets head high ever so often, so im wondering which you think i should get. Dominator is better in small waves while alternator is better in a little bigger waves i think... Im intermediate and 5'10 165lbs on my highschool's surf team.

I'd go witht the Alternator, if you get better you'll use it with small waves anyway, but it's nice having a board than can handle the nice size when your buds are looking on at you when you are catching a wave
