Ok first of all I'm 6ft 160 lbs and usually surf a 6'4 shortboard but am wanting to switch to a more friendly wave catcher on the smaller days without sacrificing manueverability. I hear a lot of good things about these new quads that have wider tails and noses than your average shortboard bit still aren't quite a fish shape. And that the quad fins are very loose for whipping that board around still. So I'm set on buying one but my question is, WHAT SIZE?? I don't want to have a board too difficult to duck dive but sure as hell don't want something too small that's a bitch to paddle. If you were me and choosing either eps/epoxy or poly/pu what size would you choose?

Rusty bat tail quad:
5’8″ 18″ 2″
5’10″ 18 1/4″ 2 1/8″
6’0″ 18 1/2″ 2 1/4″
6’2″ 18 3/4″ 2 3/8″
6’4″ 19″ 2 1/2″

Or the stealth tail quads have a Lil wider nose it seems

5’8″ x 18 5/8″ x 2 1/8″
5’10″ x 18 7/8″ x 2 3/16″
6’0″ x 19 1/8″ x 2 1/4″
6’2″ x 19 1/4″ 2 x 5/16″
6’4″ x 19 1/2″ x 2 3/8″

I think I'm gonna go epoxy but still may choose poly/ I do want something tougher cuz my pickup is a board dinging machine!

Thanks a lot! I want to place my order within a week or two
