That is a Channel Islands Merrick Twin Finner (MTF) It is designed for smaller surf. The low rocker makes this board extremely fast, and the twin fin design, with a small trailer fin keeps it loose. I am not sure what the dimensions are. It comes with 2 big twin fins and a small trailer fin.
