is there any other way to get up on a shortboard with out poping up

Forget it, you're nowhere near experienced enough for that board.
Put it away for now, and go and surf a suitable board like a mini-mal.
Once you can catch waves and pop up like its second nature, then think about trying that board again.

i was using a mini mal and was catching every wave on it.
surfing my shortboard now.
