funbord help

have bin riding minimals for a year or so i dont get toget in the water much but im moving to scarborough to go to uni so i wanted to get a new board . ive got a 6" 2" shortboard but waiting for the surf to use it is frustrating so i wanted something a it bigger maybe a 6" 6" to 7" funboard so its manouvrable but i can use it in small surfs what do you think? and whats the smallest surf i could use a 6ft 6 board in ?

oh and im 6ft tall and weigh 11 an a half stone

You can surf a 6'6 in 2 ft surf. I have a 6'2 and a 6'8. I take the 6'8 out when te surf is 2 ft.

I'd go for a fish for small wave days! Tried a few out and very impressed, just saving up the pennies to add one to my quiver now!
Just make sure it's really wide and fat!
