Na Papa Surfboards

Postby Kuzoff » Sun Nov 01, 2009 8:30 am

I have just got myself a 6'6,19'',2 3/4 board. It has a dual rocker and a single concave. I got this board new for 300 aussie bucks.
I got this cause i wanted a shorter board than my regular 7'4 mini-mal. My question to you all is this. Is it too much of a trick board for me to have as a short board.

I don't really understand what you mean by too much of a trick board. Short boards turn tighter and go faster. You can do tricks on it or ride it and go fast. It really depends on what you make the board, a trick board, or just a shorter board. Sorry if that was a little confusing.

Short boards do not necessarily go faster, they just turn more tightly.

Calling them 'trick boards' is very apt as that is exactly what they are !

Ya I actually agree with roystewart that's what I really meant. They turn tighter.
