Hydro Therapy!

Hey everyone I just got my cast off today from a skateboard accident I had at the beginning of summer!! It sucked so much that I couldn't surf all summer! My arm is still really stiff because I have broken it before, so tomorrow i'm gonna try to paddle out! I figured that way I could get some of my muscle back and hopefully the water will make it not as stiff and sore. Has anyone done anything similar to this? Just thought i'd share.

hydro therapy i think only works healing when you don't move lol.

but muscle developement is ok becaus u can see fat people doing lil jumps with water weights, cause they are too fat to run, its bad on their joints and stuff. so ya your ok, but i recomend swiming before paddling your weight

Well I went out today and actually got some nice waves! A couple rights and a left.

Well, since I had the cast all the way past my elbow I can only bend my arm so far at the elbow and then it just stops cuz of the stiffness. I have broken arms before so I know that this will go away, but I was hoping that surfing might help out a bit. I should be all good in less than 2 weeks. I really have to avoid falling on the arm though.
