Surfing Waves

So I picked up shaping and glassing the past couple of months. Ive worked with glass a good bit for autobody work and I do alot of sculpture work so I figured I could figure out how to shape and glass a board. Heres my first two ive done so for. I still need to learn how to color then and dress them up properly so for the first couple, I kept it simple with a basic sanded finish. The Rocket shape is a 6'0" x 19.75 x 2.5. The board is a blast in small - mid size waves. Havent had a chance to try it in anything overhead. I just finished up the Egg shape a week or so back so only been out on it a few times. Its a 6'2"x21 3/4 x 2 5/8. I was hoping to use it on the really small surf instead of a log, but from my first sessions with it, the board seems to need atleast waste high to get moving. Thought I would share these with you, Got a few others lined up to do, so figured I would start a thread on it. Also both boards was shaped out of PU Foam and then glassed with Resin Research Epoxy.
