Heres a few pics of the board

The dimensions are 6'3 x 20 x 2.5
With it being fairly wide and thick still it should be okay on the smaller days and help me gain experience with a shortboard.
The next question is when it comes to buying fins, what should I look for ? being as I really have no experience of different fin setups, Im not 100% sure what to look for.
At the moment I am looking at the FCS Q-3Q1 fin.
"Fast and smooth, with better hold and more squirt through turns. The M-Series has a flexible tip for forgiveness and control at high speed. The inside foil technology offers superior drive and hold."
"The Q1 is a versatile quad rear fin designed to offer exceptional pivoting characteristics adding more freedom and manoeuvrability to any quad set ups."
The reasons for looking at that fin, was the mention of it being flexible for the forgiveness and it being versatile.
Am I looking at this the right way or am I way off the mark and is there a more "standard" fin out there to get started with?
