Ok so i bought some new future fins online for my board totally neglecting that weight is factored into fin size. Regardless... i ended up with fins meant for 160-200 lbs riders. I'm only 135 so not really sure if these would work at all for me. So I'm wondering how much of a difference will i see between these larger fins than i would for ones meant for 100-130 when i hop in the water?

Depends, how experienced are you? If you have been surfing a long time you can tell the difference between one make and another the same size, but begginers can't tell much difference in the sizes.
What specific size did you get? Maybe if you gave us that we can provide better info

What board are you on? And what fins did you buy?
Without knowing that, I cant give you a proper answer, but the chances are that it'll slow the board down and make it harder to turn. Probably not dramatically differently, but you'll be able to feel it.
It also depends on how you surf - if you're a newbie, you probably wont notice the difference (and the bigger fins might even help) but if you're ripping it up out there, then the fins might be a bit frustrating and unhelpful.
