Short Forecast
A strong rise in S swell occurs throughout Tuesday as a low pressure system moves out across the southern Tasman.

Expect smaller surf early around two to three feet building steadily throughout the morning towards three to five feet across south facing beaches, peaking during the afternoon up to four to six feet. WIND; Surface conditions remain poor throughout the day with strong S winds gradually moderating and tending SE during the day. Seek out sheltered southern corners for cleaner surf.

We've had quite a bit of swell up here this week but either the wind or the banks are not playing along. Today 5 foot crunching close outs from Dee Why all the way up to Longy, not a corner to be found and the only wave I did get that had a proper face was ruined by some guy paddling out and not willing to take one on the head :-(.

But how about that Saturday a couple of weeks back? Best surf I've had in Oz for maybe 8 months or so, and one of my best in Sydney to date. Still frothing about that day! :D
