new board for the west coast [cali]

well well i have the great pleasure of pickin out a new board. but i was wonderin if you fine people on here could help me out. i live on the east coast and i am goin to be out in cali for the summer. so i wonder what kind of boards i should be lookin at. price not really a prob but im not really into the s core and carbon fiber cuz boards like that get stolen. :( anyways i surf a 6'0 rusty right now...was lookin around a 6'2 6'4....not sure about thickness and things like that im super open to ideas :D but was lookin at a firewire and an al merrick.....idk help would be nice

Why don't you just bring your rusty to west coast and surf with it? If you're gonna do that then, packaging tip .

If you're gonna buy one then, try to get one of those tuflite or epoxy? maybe something that's durable and won't break when you bring it back to the east.

Take a look at the Lost line up. Great boards and they know the breaks for Cali.

yea i was lookin at epoxy tuflite but i heard that they dont respone as nicely the foam boards do...idk thats what i heard
