Stretch Quad... How good?

Getting a second board this weekend. Going slightly shorter and narrower. Been looking at a Firewire, but have access to a Stretch Quad.
How good are they?
I ride a fairly new Afterburner now, and need a better small wave, performance level of board. Heard all the raves about the Stretch, but how good are they really... Where are they best suited? small surf? Slop? Over head high?

Have now surfed mine in anything from waist hihg fat surf to head plus reefs and suits all so far, i'm loving it.

And the Afterburner is a small wave board.

I ride the 6'5'' cos i'm a fatty 13stone

I find the afterburner a bit boggy on hard power turns like roundhouse cutbacks. Good fast board but I find it has its limits in certain areas.
Yeah Im looking at a 6'5... Im not so fat but solid.
Think Ill make the investment.. I can get one fairly cheap.

might want to try a handshaped board in EPS epoxy foam. quads do have their limits.
