I went to a local shaper in San Diego and he did a board up for me for $400. Second day I surfed it I had a tube close out on me and when I came back up the first 4" of my nose were missing. $90 later I had a new nose on my board and it still surfs awsome. Unfortunetly the week San Diego was on fire I was out surfing and my leash cut into the tail of my surf board 6". So now I am waiting till I have time to fix that now. Might just get another surfboard. I hate dings but it comes with the territory.
Hopefully I will get to paddle out on Christmas, but I hope more that there will be waves to surf.

that's alright... a guy @ my area was gonna charge me 80+ for reparing my ding, and it'll take a week which I cannot wait that long... went down to my local hardware store and bought a Selley's Aqua epoxy stick and patched up myself, no leak so far... probably get another board later on, cbf spending $$ to get it fix because i want a board bout 4" shorter and thinner, and more rocker comparing to the current board...

Some peckerhead in MalPais stole the foam from my roof rack. Had to drive back home without foam. After 5 hours on shite roads I had to repair all three boards.

Lesson: if they CAN steal it in CR, they WILL steal it in CR.

Peckerhead.
