How short is too short

Postby telemonster » Sat Dec 09, 2006 2:33 am

I don't know what the hell I was thinking but I bought a 6'2 potatoe chip.

I'm 175lbs, and this thing is mabye 2.15 thick and 18.5 wide

Tiny tiny

Anyone else have a board they were on crack when they bought?

Yea..well that's what we say to people. In fact we have an entire section on buying your first board!

A 6'1 is way too short and if you want to stick with it..it's going to take ages to master!

This goes out to everyone buying a board....please. oh please read the begginers section first!

Its my third shortboard, not my first. I've been riding 6'4s and 6'2s for a couple years now. Its just that this one is waaay smaller, really thinned out in the rails and tail. Bit of a steep tail rocker on it too.

I suppose I was just hoping to hear form some other guy 175 lbs who rides a chip so I have some motivation..

For 50 bucks I couldn't resist.
