snapturn

Postby MadeInNewJersey13 » Tue Aug 23, 2005 3:00 am

Hey, Im 13 and weigh 85 lbs. I was just wondering if i should be able to do snapturns with my 6'2 board. I can do most soft turn like whitewash turns and stuff like that but no snap tricks. Is it because of my size and the size of my board or am I just doing it wrong?? :?

just go with the flow i reckon you should find that snap turns and cutbacks and stuff come naturally when youre getting good enough just by trying to keep enough speed up. i find that if i think about trying a snap or whatever then i fall but i guess its worth knowing the technique.

maybe we could call it a two little sharp thing tail, is it a new design?

I've only the seen the swallow tails, they only have two pointy things sticking outof them.

what's the ride like compared to it?
