$1000 per square meter? That's pretty expensive, even in the best areas. Considering I paid $42 USD per square meter, and that got me a house, restaurant/bar, and 8 cabina guest rooms, and it is beach front, that seems alot. And I am only 15 minutes from Jaco. Now I realize I got a smoking good deal, but $1000 per square meter? COme on.

Aye, considering it is a $1000 per square meter and your selling it for $13 to $18 per square meter im a little suspicious
