Need help identifying a board

A friend of mine bought this from a garage sale for 5 dollars, I then gave him 20 dollars for the board so I could have to mess around and skurff when I go out on my boat, I looked up the board and really couldn’t find anything about it so I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this board.
