this is my business proposal for doing something with reliable corporation. you know i have 2 own properties. in at mididigama. current valuation is 850000 USD. so i have two way idea.
1- long term rent out a place
2- established a company for a doing business. 51% - 49% [under government regulation]
about company method
; my property ownership transfer to the new company[51%+49%] will be charge 250000 USD . other investment amount you should bring under your control . when promote business profit will be sharing 50-50
[49% ]shares you can collect any foreign partners with you.
its suitable idea for both of us. company regulation and condition could be discussed later with my lawyer.
If would like joint with me and i invite any your friends for doing something perfectly .
