looking for a board in melbourne/lakeland florida
Posted: Tue Jun 07, 2005 9:04 pmhey.. i just moved from IL to FL, and started hitting the beach. i live in lakeland, but i visit my step-mom in melbourne frequently, so i've decided to stop watching surfers and get out there for myself.
is there anybody in either area looking to part with one? i'm not exactly sure which board would be best for me.. shortboard, funboard, mini-mal.. i'll probably have lots of fun on anything. i'm 5'11" and 185lbs, so whatever size i need.
finally, i'm looking to spend roughly $200.
