cheap surfboards in huntington beach?

Anyone knows where a beginner surfer can get a cheap 8-9 feet board in huntington beach? Doesn't matter if it's 1st or 2nd hand. My budget is somewhere along the lines of 200-300. Would really appreciate any help, thanks

Check pawnshops, sometimes all you will find is crap, but others, you might find something awesome. A buddy of mine bought found 2 boards in a pawnshop in friggin oklahoma, and bought them both for 30 dollars. Turns out they were some pros boards from like 20 years ago, theyre worth mucho now!!!!
