Wanted: Owner for Surf/Kite Camp in the Tropics

Looking for a couple (one handy the other with marketing/it skills)
that wants to retire early and run their own guesthouse for surfers
and kites from all over the world

Must love people and the chance to learn a new language/culture.

My wife and I are getting up in age and would like to pass on our legacy
to younger hands.

You will make about $50-60K per year and need less than 20K to live
well. There are no mortgages available her so you will need substantial
cash to do a deal.
