FS: Van/ Sleeper/ Camper

I’m selling my sleeper/camper van, which has provided me with a base for many adventures over the last 6 years.
Full details of the van spec are below but from living in the van for around 3 months, plus various extended trips I can tell you she holds an extraordinary amount of kit! At full capacity I have fitted several kayaks on the roofrack (boards would fit easily) bike under or in front of the bed/seat and a full rack of climbing gear, plus snowboard and kit (just in case). The bed is the full width of the van and very comfortable for long trips, and the sound system has been priceless at many parties.
Here are the details:
Vauxhall Vivaro 1.9CDTI Sportive
Good Condition
2006 55Reg
120,000 miles
6 Speed Box
A/C, Electric Windows, Leather Steering Wheel, Electric Mirrors
Kenwood Head Unit, Sony Amp, Alpine Rear Speakers
Drivers Seat with Arm Rest and 2 seats on passenger side.
4 recent new tyres (2 are winter tyres)
FSH, 9 months MOT, 6 months tax, recently serviced (ok for another 15,000 miles).
In terms of the Sleeper side (home made conversion), here are the details:
110AH leisure battery (charged via a split charge relay) powering the rear spot lights, 500W inverter (hard wired in with 2x 240v plug sockets), Amplifier/ Rear Speakers.
The bed frame is all metal and removable so you can use it as a van. It also folds up into a seat (not safe for travelling on). The upholstery is bespoke, fire retardant and was manufactured by “Foam for Comfort”.
The van is fully insulated with automotive insulation.
Roof Rack included.

I’m looking for £4500.
