The van is an extremely reliable, economical and practical VW T4 2.5 TDI. The van has a shower, a very powerful auxiliary diesel heater (Eberspaecher) to warm up in minutes after a winter session, a decent sound system (Canton / Blaupunkt), a large fiberglass wet box for boards and wetsuits, a fridge, a gas cooker, all double glassed Seitz windows with integrated blinds and mosi nets, a Fiamma bicycle carrier, a burglar-proof central looking bolt system etc., basically everything you need for long surf trip. The starting price is less than the price we paid for the conservation parts. Again, sorry for the pimping but it would be great if somebody gets it who can appreciate the specific conversion.
