Surfing Waves

I'm mainly throwing out some feelers here as I'm looking to take on a lodger at my place here in NI and would prefer a surfer :p



Double room and bathroom is pretty much your own (except for when I have guests and my surf kit) shared kitchen obviously and same goes for living room. etc. Wireless ADSL, Open fire, 1min from surf.
House is off the town centre road in well quiet courtyard backing onto open land and the Distillery and you can see the sea from the room.


No contract as such so can be for as long as you want while I'm living there with the option to take on the house should I leave. Also, council tax doesn't exist out here so its pretty cheap to live.


Perfect opportunity for someone looking for a break from their normal life or as a long holiday/job search base etc if not certain about the move.

Hey, sounds pretty sweet! I'm on my gap year at the mo and planning a whole bunch of stuff for later this year that i probably wont be able to afford...but how much are you thinking??

Well I've filled the room for the next 6-7months (March - Sept) and that may continue past there but hit me up when you know whats going on and I can give you a deffo answer. atm its £50 per week inc. utility Bills.
